Mirror website automatically downloads a suspicious file

Whenever I visit mirror.codeforces.com, my browser automatically downloads a file. Is this normal, or is something malicious happening?

The file is not malicious (it's completely empty, 0b size), but this is wierd

    I think it wasn't empty before. My antivirus detected it as a virus just minutes ago. They probably removed the contents, or maybe it's just another Mandela effect for me.

I also have this problem + mirror doesn't open at all for me, just downloads this empty file.
