What's the sol of Div1 prob D? I guess all the number of b should be same but it get wrong answer

the subarray [2,1] and [1,2] won't be counted
another codechef contest , another set of good problems , but no way these problems could be solved by so many people , please create a plagiarism checker and detect cheaters and ban them
