Vietnam's team will be decided after the APIO, but my guess (also based on Vietnam TST result) is:

  • Le Kien Thanh (PeruvianCartel): 0 attempts left (excluding this year)

  • Dang Huy Hau (huyhau6a2, I believe this is his alt, he must have been red or something): 2 attempts left

  • Thieu Nguyen Huy (tnhwe, I believe he hasn't taken Codeforces contests seriously): 1 attempt left

  • Nguyen Xuan Chi Thanh (Thanhs): 1 attempt left

All of them have never participated in the IOI before

Also, a potential candidate is Hoang Xuan Bach (amongussssiuuu, gold 2024, 0 attempts left), but I think he has stopped doing CP. Also, he didn't do his best in the TST, so he might have a tough time finding a spot in the top 4
