Who is CodeSculptor88?
A self-proclaimed Specialist with a flair for overengineering and a suspiciously inconsistent coding style. Some admire their dedication to OOP. Others suspect... something isn't quite right.
Let’s dive into their most iconic submissions—because oh boy, they’re something.
The Contest Submission (Peak Overengineering):
Here's a beautiful submission to learn https://mirror.codeforces.com/contest/2108/submission/317987878
struct D {
i32 n; // Number of elements (wow, thanks)
vector<i64> a; // The array (wouldn't have guessed)
i32 ans; // The result (mind blowing)
i32 i, j; // Loop variables (revolutionary)
i64 v; // Current value (game changing)
bool l, r; // Left and right conditions (genius)
};
Why?
- Normal people: Use variables.
- CodeSculptor88: "What if we made a struct for every function?"
The Practice Submission (Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V Mode):
Oh look, our boy CodeSculptor88 wearing a full tuxedo to take out the trash. Absolute cinema moment: https://mirror.codeforces.com/contest/2093/submission/318182246
int main() {
int t;
cin >> t;
Solution solution; // Create an instance of Solution class (\[^-^]/)
while (t--) {
solution.processTestCase(); // (← STILL OOP, BUT NOW IT'S CASUAL OOP)
}
return 0;
}
Why?
- Normal people: while (t--) { solve(); }
- CodeSculptor88: "Let me instantiate a Solution object first—for encapsulation."
The Downfall
- Onsite Contest: "Wait, why is the problem statement printed on paper?"
- Job Interview: "Explain this 10-class solution for ‘A+B’."
Lessons From the CodeSculptor88 Saga
- Real skill > fake OOP flexing.
- AI can’t save you in onsite contests.
- If your code looks like a software engineering textbook, you’re doing it wrong.
Final Verdict
CodeSculptor88, if you're reading this:
- We salute your commitment to unnecessary OOP.
- We question your life choices.
- We will be watching your next submission.

This is deeply shameful for our institution that one of our students has been caught cheating in an online contest. While we support learning and coding with the help of AI tools, we strongly believe that using AI during a fair competition is unethical and unacceptable. CodeSculptor88 you are requested to contact the Dhaka City College Programming Club and provide sufficient proof to clarify your position. If you can prove your innocence, we will issue a public apology and delete this post. However, if you cannot, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our institution's name, as your actions do not reflect our values.

Yes i agree with all the alligations on me, but there is a long story, I had a CodeForces account a few days ago. But I didn't know about CodeForces rules. Oneday Me and my friends got a shameful idea that what if he solves a problem and i solve a problem and we copy each other's codes, We can save times and make it faster so that we won't get any penalty, but this time we got caught and Codeforces managers warned us with an email. This time me and my friend read about the rules and We respect their rules. Then oneday i participated in a Div-4 contest even though for me it was unrated (I was in expert rank). I don't even know how my code matched with other's codes, as it was my 2nd time i got banned. It was really overwhelming for me. Then i did many research on this. Then i found that i have to make my code unique, then i thought what if i use modern cpp techniques like class and stacks, and that's how i came into this type of long codes.
And the 2nd alligation that adnanosman185 is my account, yes it is. but that's not my alter account, that was just nothing in simple way
and at last, yes i was using OOP caues i learnt it in recent days, i wanted to learn it.
I came into programming cause i wanted to be a Game dev. I didn't have any interest in CP. And as i am not a student of CSE dept of DCC, i am a 1st year student now so i don't need any institution name. I didn't know that this will make that much mess.
I respect your alligations and your research on me. As i am a 1st year student and i don't have any time to focus on CP so i am leaving CP until i get into a prestigious university.
I respect your ethical mind. And after all thanks for reading that much, and you don't have to remove alligations, I agree that my codes are wiered but i didn't cheat. I used OOP cause I want to be a developer not a Competitive programmer
I am also sorry for wasting your time on useless things and sorry again maybe i have made some spelling mistakes. And you don't have to focus on me that much, Try focusing on yourself. And I removed institution name from my account. I don't need DCC tag and I will participate in next Div-2 contest. this will be my last contest before my HSC, and you can also checkout my submissions if you want.
Oh, really? But wait a second... I understand that now you have started to learn OOP (good and very good), but what is the process? Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V?
I never said ctrl+c and ctrl+v. I can submit in a simple way and that's easy for me. Wht i will go for that much long codes. and yeah for shortcuts i used github copilot VScode extension and i have some pre written codes to use as shortcut. and i don't think i have any problem with using VScode extension and shortcuts cause i am not gonna participate in any real time contest like IOI. maybe i will in ICPC but I have 3-4 years for this.
And I think instead of focusing on my practice codes, please focus on yourself, improve yourself brother. I respect your enthusiasm about our college. Please earn an achievement in ICPC contest. It will be our pride
Yeah, sure! About my journey it’s only been four months. However, in the end, I didn’t attempt or try to copy. Lastly, yeah, my dream is to crack ICPC not only my dream is big, and I’ll make it true as soon as possible. I’m trying my best with full honesty. Thank you!
It was nice to have this great reply. I wish you achieve your dream. Best of luck brother on your future CP and engineering journey
Sounds like Delulu
I don't get why you are so lifeless and how you have that much time when you are studying in CSE? Bro you are really inspecting even my practice codes. How? How you can be so lifeless. Have a life brother, you are not Codeforces manager (you can never be). Your problem is why i use OOP for CP? Why? That's totally my personal choice, and I removed my institution name even though i have done nothing. So if your problem was about institution then the problem is solved but if your problem is you are lifeless then I have nothing to do. Have a life please. Oo sorry i forgot you are studying honors in city college.
CodeSculptor88 Give us an update after admission period what "PRESTIGIOUS" university you get into, ok lil bro?
MikeMirzayanov please investigate this matter.
Woooooooooh!
Bro are you just having fun or serious? Seriously I am joking man. And even if i got banned it will just take me 4-5 contests to be specialist again. Nothing serious.
As you are like Senior brother, I will ask for one help please teach me how do you mention someone in comments? I don't know it
Just because you asked how to do it — one direct way is to look at the rightmost option above your text with the Codeforces logo. Hover over it and select "User." Then, enter the username of the handle you want to mention.
Another way is by writing [user:(username)] without "()".
Both methods work the same, so just go with whichever you prefer.

Thanks Brother it was helpful
After everything
I apology to everyone if i have made any mistake or any misbehave. Specially sorry to mindflux Brother, maybe i have made some misbehave with you. I wish you will understand.
Respect and love you all. Good night. Best of luck on your future journey

I do not agree that what you have presented is sufficient evidence, that he is a cheater. Everyone has different coding styles, and we shouldn't be judged for it.
Also using a struct for every function is a totally valid strategy. You do not have to move your cursor and scroll out of the current function you are typing in, but you can just continue writing where you are, thus saving precious seconds.
I agree that everyone has a different coding style. But these submissions says enough (he used AI and forgot to remove comments)
