The International Master luuia got banned after cheating in multiple contests. However, he is only banned after ~1 month after his cheating.

This implies that we should not overlook the Codeforces anti-cheat system. If a cheater doesn't get banned after few days, this doesn't means that he successfully outsmarted the system. The rollback interval could be 1 month or even longer, especially when there are not many contests in a short period of time. So do not say "Codeforces doesn't care about cheaters" when you just see a cheater still alive. And definitely do not scold Mike or random famous community members. Be patient and be grateful for the good problems Codeforces offered to us.
