Can codeforces dare to take action against these people??

Is targeting the whole nation with these slurs justified???

I can understand what has been happening on Codeforces for the past year... But is it ok to abuse a whole nation because a few people were bad???

You cannot fight cheating with racism. You have to fight it with solidarity.

One solution to stop cheaters : For the South Asia region ( IND, PAK, BAN, SL, NEP ), make a rule to link your Codeforces account with your contact number (Phone Number), and if someone gets 'skipped' for 3 rounds, just ban their account and blacklist their contact from creating any anyother account..

Well, I don't know how efficient this could be but if Codeforces wants to save this platform from these cheap vultures that are feeding off this platform for their greed.. they should find some brilliant solution.

And trust me, everyone hates the bad. It's not about country but about people. Thanks...

True, the problem is the cheaters, whether it be among the participants or coordinators. But is now diverted to racism.

There is certainly a difference between accurately recognizing the reasons behind why there are seemingly so many cheaters from India and blatant racism against Indian people. I think the sheer amount of racism that has been permitted to exist on this website reflects horribly against us as a community.

Reporting messages for "Hate/Offensive" should probably include racism and maybe already does, I'm not sure (It clearly says slurs, but that's just one aspect). I hope that some thought is put into how that is enforced because it feels like whatever is currently being done is not enough.
