Maybe this guy is a cheater.
It seems that like some kind of encryption
WTH I just saw! That's not a human-readable code!
My best guess is that it's some kind of automated attempt to get around the codeforces plag checker. If this ends up working, one could farm rating on hundreds of accounts with the same code hashed in different ways and sell them.
