As you can see, someone sent Chinese comment on Codeforces, insulting me.
The user who harassed me is the one I pointed out its mistake. The user posted a Chinese snapshot, whose general meaning is to insult atcoder for setting not-so-good problems and banning its account. I replied with him to think about his own mistake, instead of just insulting atcoder. In that comment, my English is not very good, so i put Chinese before my comment, and I'm sorry about this, but I truly consider the user who insulted me should be banned, at least muted.
I don't know how to report so I posted here. Could you please help me? Thank you.
upd: It looks like the user rarely log in to Codeforces. I found his name 陈敏赫 in his Luogu account's reply history (https://www.luogu.com.cn/discuss/753866, or https://lglg.top/r/5655069 if you don't have a Luogu account). If you know him in realistic world, please tell him about this.
