If someone is disabled/banned mid-contest for cheating, why are they still treated as a normal rated participant in the rating calculation?
Keeping them in the standings directly distorts Elo/seed math: expected ranks shift, and deltas become “wrong by construction.” This defeats the whole point of having ratings reflect fair competition.

Request: when CF disables a user for contest cheating (especially during/soon after the round), immediately exclude them from rated calculations for that contest.

Lol, getting any positive delta for having solved nothing is ridiculous.
+266 is because all users' begin rating is 1400. Read this https://mirror.codeforces.com/blog/entry/77890. So their real rating delta is -134.
begin rating was 1500 , correct me if I am wrong ;L
It was long time ago... Maybe 7 years or even earlier. :)
Maybe I have not known it till now, but I was referring to the old rating system (that was long ago ) , https://ibb.co/5gtvKwP8
In fact, such users are providing us with possible more ratings, and lead to their poor performance, which is a really good thing.
I thought that this is getting done by the rollback? (to include the non-obvious cases and do it once instead of twice) ?
