This blog is inspired by peltorator's Month of Blog Posts and bashkort's Month of Blog Posts Pt. II

TL;DR: Post an interesting Codeforces blog until February 11th and be eligible to win up to $400.

Intro

Like my predecessors, I think I like competitive programming. Not having the chance recently to be active within it lately, and given I expect to receive an unwarranted sum of money soon enough, I thought that it may be put to good use through such an investment, as I know myself I had multiple blog ideas I wish I'd published that I only came up with under the weight of the incentive.

For this reason, I am putting up the sum of $400 to contention. I've seen at least in the previous edition that distribution changed with the time, and acknowledging that I can't really predict the quality density of the blogs to come up, I mention I reserve the right not to disclose how I will make the splitting. If it serves of any help, I mention I will try to keep the winners list as short as possible. Additionally, if you want to contribute to this endeavor through financial means, please PM me.

Rules

To formalize all the above:

1. Post something on Codeforces not earlier than December 22nd 14:18 UTC 2025

Very simply, write something about a (new) trick you haven't yet found formalized in some other blog, from an observation you think could apply to many more problems, to algorithms that create their own set of subproblems to be solved. Explain what you wished someone would've told you ages ago, and why it makes you appreciate competitive programming more. Or to quote my predecessors,

Just create some unique piece of content related in any way to competitive programming.

2. Post a comment or send me a message about your blog until February 11th 23:59 UTC 2026

To again quote my predecessors,

I would appreciate it if you also include a one-sentence explanation at the beginning of your blog post explaining this challenge and a link to the blog post you are reading right now so that more people can learn about it and participate.
