The USACO First Contest is available December 12 through December 15. The contest is available in three divisions: bronze, silver, and gold. The contest is 4 contiguous hours in length.

How can i submit the problems from past USACO ?
Well you can submit the problems from last 2 years. But you can not submit older ones. However you can find the test cases online. I once wrote a check program to automatically check all the test cases with my codes. Here it is: http://paste.ubuntu.com/9503424/
create account at dl.gsu.by, then add USACO course. you can submit all past usaco problems
