evidence:

  1. he is too good! he is gaining rating too fast!

  2. he solves an inhuman amount of problems.

  3. he is very inconsistent. in round 1073, he only solved a and b.

No he is not cheater! do not accuse him of such. he clearly works very hard to achieve where he is. he solved div2e and some div2d out of contest, proving his skill. he is improving. only a matter of time until he catches up to the ventriloquist Kevin114514.

either you’ve been hacked or you’re just exposing yourself why would you cheat if you can get there in half the time by honestly writing code?
