These two users have been reported and flagged for cheating several times, still they're blatantly cheating in rounds and one of them is boasting it on his LinkedIn too.
There is already enough proof available out there to simply ban them I won't write it here else other cheaters might get the idea of it.

These peeps can't clear JEE advance.And now tend to solve problems that are 10 times difficult.Lol.In my entire batch no one reached Masters and now come these peeps from 3rd tier college reaching Masters within months.
If there’s credible evidence of cheating, it should be reviewed and handled according to the platform’s rules. At the same time, I don’t think comparisons with JEE or college tiers are relevant here, since different exams and competitive programming assess different skill sets. The focus should simply remain on fair play and adherence to the rules. I hope this doesn’t offend you. I am just trying to keep the discussion constructive.

I agree with you, and I am most definitely not defending these guys, but this guy, longago_06, seems to be from Japan. Also, his rating question graph is also pretty well distributed. (However, I haven't seen his solutions.)
he's from india, he changed everything to Japan after being exposed he wrote that in a blog too

What if someone says if a guy , practices 20 hours a day on codeforces after getting a setback from JEE , then Mayank , no biasness , just some logic , has he been proven guilty no , why to be so cruel then , just by making assumptions and hurting his morale , maybe he didn't prep for JEE , maybe he is some rich brat , if you want to test his logic or IQ just go and fight him or challenge him , but why to post hate ( who is a peep here ) ??

Exactly—that’s precisely what I was trying to convey. We shouldn’t jump to conclusions or make assumptions about someone’s background or effort. If there’s a concern, it should be addressed through evidence and proper channels, rather than personal attacks or negativity. But, According to the claims of The author and Mr./Mrs. MayankBhakat These guys have been proven to have "credible evidence" backing up their cheating.
If there are no evidences , and people trying to just target a single guy , you know what kind of mental distortions someone has to face , knowing they are true to themselves and this platform , these is just an inhumane act . Also if you their performance of last 2-3 months , they are quite active , upsolving similar rated problems , performing likewise in contests , I am no biased , but have a brain and some heart , nothing more
