what the hell problemset standing

every thing is banish (delete) ! :|

In problemset standing, cf doesn't count gym problems. For example, an user did A problems in problemset and B problems in Gym. In the past, that user did A+B problems (A+B had shown in problemset standing), but now, in the standing, that user did only A problems.
