How does one prepare for IOI like style contests (the same difficulty as the IOI). So what kind of tasks should I solve?

A good start is to write all of the contests you have time for on Contest List and do all of the problems from the editorials post-contest.
I participate in most of them but the problems are not the kind that they give at the OIs. The most similar I did was USACO (gold). But I'n asking if there are other sites like USACO.
for english speakers: ignore this comment. Word "preparation" in russian means something like "autopsy", as for now i can't find good explanation origin of the term.
Одному мне позалось, что вопрос был о препарировании? Почему "препарат"? какой аналог в английском языке словам "препарат и препарирование" в этом контексте?
