It seems like people with rating 1649 and lower can still register for the div1 contest? I see 2 unrated and 3 blues on the registrants list.

My rating is 1373 but nevertheless I can register for CF Beta Round #75 (Div. 1 only). Fix, please.

It looks like div1 competitors can register for div2 as well, could someone fix this?
