Mirror for problem statements

Next time something like this happens, it would be nice to have the problem statements available elsewhere. In this contest, an user was generous enough to provide pastes of some of the problems in TopCoder. It was helpful as I couldn't access the problems on a regular basis even at the end of the contest. Would it be possible to provide a mirror of the problem statements at the beginning (or 5 minutes after the beginning) of a contest in case the server is unresponsive or simply slow?

And submit form could be also made as offline, it would slighty decrease server usage and time spent to submit.

    What do you mean by 'offline'? On a separate server?

      Blame you-know-whom for inconvenient interface :)

      Every time contestant does submit, he needs to load submittion page, which is does not change during contest, but taken from server anyway. On some contesters, this page may be saved to file on a disk and will still work after slight modifications (I used this very often with acm.sgu.ru when I was dialup user)

      So, probably, mirror file could held problem statements + offline submittion page.
