Why CROC 2016 Final Round is only for Finalists? Does it mean that there won't be unofficial online mirror?

I think "Codeforces Round #347" is the mirror.

CROC 2016 time won't be changed for sure. However, if you are not attending the onsite finals you may take part in both competitions, as the official CF round using (almost) the same problemset will take place on Saturday.
Maybe it's like VK Cup 2015 Final, the online mirror is held 4 days after the official onsite?
