      I think they should choose 2-3 winners, so we can have one motto with an inside joke and one or two more general mottos that everyone can understand

      Can't you tell them "it's an inside joke" while pretending that it's a very funny joke? Then they'll be curious, and want to get on the inside. Popularity by being mysterious.

      Actually I voted for this just because nobody understands it ,unless they're a member and you really don't have to explain ,I mean you could be like "you must have dealt with this to understand!" and that's how you could make it even more mysterious :D

    Only codeforces members understand meaning of this sticker. For others this sticker means nothing. In first post you said that "It will be great if everybody who sees our stickers gets to know how programming contests are cool!" Obviously the sticker doesn't satisfy this.

      But like Batman said, everyone will ask "what does 'is it rated?' mean?" But no one cares to ask about another company sticker with the company name on it.

      Of course if you don't want to explain what it means every time, you'd prefer something more straightforward. But if you want people to find out and get interested in codeforces, then "is it rated?" is very good in its own way.

    The first thing I thought about was bias by number of votes. At least the winner is deserved by being the most memeworthy.
