Codeforces 502 / 504 Errors

Do people get these errors a lot?

And if not, is there something on my end to fix these Bad Gateway / Gateway Timeout errors? (Other than somehow find better internet in my country?)

Yes, it's a common problem, but I don't know the exact source of it.
