I'm still waiting for the editorial. Are you still planning on posting it? If so, can you give an estimate of how long it will be before it's posted?

Instead of having travel reimbursements to encourage participants to come, having 150 participation fee is interesting :P.
On a side note, it is written 40000 Rs prizes. Can you shed light on breakdown of prizes — 1st, 2nd, 3rd? Is it money or kind(we have had bizarre incidents with prizes of other college fests)? It will help my team to decide to come onsite or not.

I don't know of any college fests that provide travel reimbursements to participants. And almost all events of any fest has a participation fee. And I think Rs. 150 is reasonable for 2 onsite rounds.

As of now, I don't know the breakdown of prizes, but, Rs 40,000 worth (cash+vouchers+other goodies) will be distributed in top 3. Hope you'll come for the onsite round. :)

FYI, none of the IITs, IIITs, or NSIT's onsite/online event rounds have any participation fee.
Also, your comment has made my team's inclination of coming to onsite from 50% to 10%. Giving the participation fee or not having reimbursements is not a problem. But coming 1st and getting 5k rupees, 10k "worth" 30% voucher for an online course is not cool(This incident happened to me in a recent college fest when 15k "worth" first prize was advertised). So, it would be better if you could give us the details of prizes(are vouchers and goodies the major portion?).
