People spamming submissions are slowing down judging.

I was looking at the status a few minutes ago and see three accounts with similar names submitting the same problem multiple times. They clogged up the entire status page and really slowed down my judging. Is this a glitch or something? I have included a screenshot.

Are they some kind of "virtual judge" accounts?

        There is site named "vjudge" which you can create contests and add problems to contest from different judges. So, when people make contests and add problems from Codeforces, it is starting to check submission in Codeforces and it can slow down judge because of some guys whose spamming.
