Hello Codeforces!
Different people will have different preference and style of making new problems. So maybe there is somebody whose problems are somehow to your appetite.
So Let's discuss some about problemsetters. Who is the best problemsetter in your mind? Why? Which kind of problems are prone to be made by him/her? Feel free to comment below and recommend innovative problems at the same time.
For me, My choice is Errichto. I think some of his are really creative and full of ingenuity like 573C,611H. (Maybe it is one of the reason he can be the topest contributor:P)
I like contests made by PrinceOfPersia, his problems are more about thinking rather than typing
And difficult.....
+1
Sure
Reading those solutions truly made me appreciate the name "Rap God".

Errichto is the best. He sets so many problems on different platforms and almost all of his problems are beautiful and unusual in many ways. It even makes me jealous (in a good way): I can come up with 10-20 not bad problems in a year and he does it in a month or two. And his problems are still better than mine!
There are some problemsetters who set many problems but their problems all look the same. Errichto is the opposite.
I really enjoy old Warsaw U contests and Errichto keeps his university tradition of very interesting high quality problems.
Errichto be like
Lewin Though I have never performed good in any of his contests, yet problems set by him are awesome :)
Endagorion
My favorite is rng_58. His problems are both creative and unusual. If they use a technique, it seems natural to the problem and not a problem written around that technique. Most of his problems have an analytical or ad-hoc element to them. This makes them very fun to solve.
I know i am newbie and i didn't enter alot of contests but i liked contests made by Zlobober
Only Sereja
Nickolas
tunyash :3
Gassa
My favorite is Xellos. He writes really nice and non-trolling problems, good editorials without unnecessary dank memes, and he even honored Rudolf Lipschitz in one of his problems, although he made an unfortunate typo, making his surname sound like shit.

Arpa had conducted only one round but the quality of questions and editorial was really good.
And extremely long titles...
actually, "Arpa’s letter-marked tree and Mehrdad’s Dokhtar-kosh paths(Hard)" is the longest problem name in codeforces.
thanks.
I'll hold more after june. for my next round, problems are prepared and Errichto will be the tester.
would love to hear tourist say his favourite.
rng_58
Endagorion. Not only the problems but the editorials and challenge problems are great too :)
I just said I appreciate every setter's work. I dont know why you guys downvoted.
fcspartakm, my favorite!
In general, I appreciate the problems from CSA Rounds. Link They don't publish their problemsetters. Consequently, I don't know who are the authors of most of the problems. However, somebody told me that this problem was written by wefgef. I really enjoyed solving it and other tasks from the same author.
Agree, I sometimes enjoy a lot when solving problems in CSA, they are really concise and interesting, I recommend it to lots of my friends:)
SGAU(SSAU) dudes
Hats off to andrewzta
Akylbeek
sugim48. He sets many problems in "Atcoder Grand Contest" and Topcoder, and his problem's quality is always high (Implementation < Concept).
My favorite problem of sugim48 is, AGC 004 C — And Grid and AGC 006 C — Rabbit Exercise.
I think in Atcoder, many Japanese problemsetters made many unusual creative problems which require more thinking but implementation. And including your contests:)

a0666 <3 (Look at her IPC problems on CodeChef)
Totally not biased.
Errichto & zscoder
The variations of the problems are awesome.
Lewin since my best performance so far was on one of his contests. His problems tend to be quite mathematical which I like.
I will go with Petr and Marcin_smu (though he only set problems on Polish contests). And once again, hats off to andrewzta :). Few others that are not at my very top, but I am always sure about problem's high quality when they are problemsetters are Arterm, Endagorion, Errichto, Lewin, cgy4ever, guys setting at AtCoder and probably few others that slipped my mind. I also really like my own problems xD.
Hope there will be your contest in Codeforces someday!
Yeah, I am also looking forward to that event ;p. I got some ideas that could suffice to create contest, but I can't find sufficient will and time to prepare everything :P.
I would like to ask you about the strategy I have followed , that I have been practicing on Div2-D,E ??
1-practice in order of level in general. 2-practice in order of level but for the best problem setters only.
Do the second step Will improve my thinking better, faster and save time What is your opinion for this point ??
no. i think you should practice some classic problems, while good problemsetter is making unique and not classic tasks.

I love Errichto's problems. He has made me fall in love with bears! I find Endagorion's problems quite interesting. Besides them, I also like Sereja and KAN's problems.

One Problem Setter I like a lot is mohammedehab2002. His characteristic XOR questions are truly fantastic.
I also enjoy problems set by the twins square1001 and E869120 on AtCoder. :)
Ashishgup
GreenGrape XD
All the problemsetters are doing their best to hold wonderful contests!Thank them!
I like vovuh a lot, as he's the only one who manages the time for guys like us, for making problems for Div.3 contest.
Can't thank you in words.
Agreed, thank you vovuh for making Div 3 contests
I really like problems set by misof on Topcoder, ACM ICPC, IPSC and Yandex. He has not set problems on Codeforces I think.
Definitely majk, Good Bye 2018 is one of the best contests I've ever had.

Errichto I just solved https://mirror.codeforces.com/contest/611/problem/E and I learned really a lot from this.

I like E869120 , square1001 and sugim48 problems that are in Atcoder , I hope if they make a contest in CF , I'm sure the problems will be very good
