Well, orz in Chinese means showing respect and admiration to someone, and lzz the abbreviation of the name of C_SUNSHINE,but as he is a Chinese,I don't think it good to represent USA to attend IOI2017. UPD:Maybe because of my poor English,I didn't make what I wanted to express clear enough and there might be some misunderstandings, and I'm sorry for any insult to anybody.

Maybe you're wrong.I don't need to be jealous because my ability of coding is a lot worse than him and I know well that I can't make the team at all. What I pointed out has nothing to do with my ability and I just said at the view of a Chinese who don't want to see such a genius compete in IOI for another country.

well then it is not that kind of good that judge other people's decisions coz anyway it's none of ur bussiness, what we should do is just to give him the best wishes instead of commenting.

Yes,I agree with you at this point. However, since C_SUNSHINE studied in the same school as I do now in the previous 2 years and most of my schoolmates think it a pity that he didn't represent China to attend IOI 2017,I wrote the things above and shared my point of view.

Why so many downvotes? I just point out the reality that C_SUNSHINE should have become a member of China team, the team of his motherland.Just can't understand the reason why he gave up the chance to become a member of China team and chose the USA team.(He ranked 1 in the 50 candidates of China team before giving up the chance.)If there is anything aggressive, please point out and I'm sorry for that.

sometimes the precious thing u think is just kind of normal thing in other people's eyes. Literally depending on which level u are.

I think the reason people disagree with you is because you are forming an opinion of what he "should" and that "gave up the chance", when in fact moving to the USA may have been a much greater decision for him and his family and should not really be under your judgment. I can imagine how hard moving country is, especially in high school, therefore we should really only show respect for his skill.

Also, I can tell that you are being genuine and not aggressive, so thank you for being so polite in discussion :)
