    Wow, I thought that I will probably skip this one (I will be on internship in London during that time and some other reasons), but if remote participation is allowed then I will gladly participate :).

    I would like to get to Moscow, but it appears that Yandex is very slow with the visa invitations -- I have read that the process takes about a week once we have the invitation, and we would like to get to Moscow for a few days before the contest, so this is dangerously close...

      You can have express visa issuing service (but of course for an additional fee).

        Sure, but paying an additional fee for the express service because Yandex is slow is not very nice :)
