I submit two codes, this 36444650, and 36444709 this.

I don't know why the times of execution vary so much.

15ms and 31ms are basically the same time. The difference is probably some random chance. Also, server only puts time in chunks, for example, 0ms and 15ms are the two lowest chunks, there aren't any submissions between those times.
