Ever since tzuyu_chou started advertising Twice at round #497, an increasing number of people have got to hear about this band, and it seems that for most of them, it was a great deal in their competing skills.
Even though at first I was reluctant about how can a K-pop band, especially Twice can improve people's CP skils, but after seeing that many guys with K-pop related accounts performing great made me start listening to Twice too and soon after this, I managed to get Master for the first time ever, after struggling in purple for a long time.
The examples can continue, so is listening to Twice really boosting cp skills?
I'd like to hear other successful stories too, so that i can be sure that my skill gain is not just a result of hard work.
I watched one of their youtube videos few minutes before the skyglow contest and I ended up winning the round! not sure if there is correlation though (maybe it just relax you a bit and therefore improves your performance)

I agree with what you wrote. I used to listen to Twice and reached mid CM from Expert. But when I stopped listening to Twice, I dropped to Expert again. Now I am listening to Twice again, let's see if I reach CM again.

OK, we all have finally found out that listening to Twice really boosts cp skils, but what about another bands like BTS or Blackpink for example?
According to my current experiences,
BTS seems not to be a good option, but sample size is not big enough GustavK PATH242
Blackpink fans seem to benefit from it(I also listen to Blackpink), and i also know this guy too, who seems to perform good 17500
I started listening to BTS and reached CM, but I've only done one contest since I started so the sample size might not be- so this proves that listening to Kpop in general improves programming skills

Competitive programming is very popular in the kpop industry. Twice's MbakChaeyoung and Gfriend's JungYerin are active on codeforces too.
But one and only Chou Tzuyu is LGM. Chou tzuyu orz.

Just go to youtube and search for twice. All of their songs are legendary anyway.
The thing is after reading all the comments I am a little convinced that twice may do the trick.But there is an issue.Issue is their songs don't match my musical taste and I am not enjoying listening.They are a great band,I have no doubt in that.But I am not sure if I don't enjoy the songs fully how it can be helpful in helping me improve my cp skills.
I made International Master by listening to "Yes or Yes" on loop. However, there also was a time I did poorly while listening to Twice. The music probably has a relaxing effect which might have a slight positive correlation on performance, but make sure you're listening to songs you know very well. Otherwise, you'll end up getting distracted by the lyrics -- especially when Jihyo is singing ;)
