When practicing, the rating is shown for each problem often distracts to solve a problem. Sometimes the problem is very easy or easy but has rating written on it 1500-1600. Can I switch off this feature of Codeforces for my convenience?

I don't see the contradiction
You can change it in settings. Higher problem rating for easy questions might be due to weak pretests
But that setting change cost to lose problem tag as well.
I also phase same problem.
Uncheck "Show tags for unsolved problems" in General settings.
Sometimes the problem is very easy but its rating can be 2800
