Another copy of Codeforces (Codeforc.es #2)

Hello. You may have seen this blog, so I found another website named http://cfrp.azurewebsites.net which is again an exact copy of codeforces. I don't think it's something official, but I am curious is this again some kind of a mirror for Chinese (or other) users or just a phishing site?

I'm Chinese and I think not. In China, in fact, this site is as slow as codeforces' official site.

is it official site from Codeforces or Just clone made? because It seems exact like Codeforces updated with original codeforces.com. and it is ranked in google search too ..

someone from codeforces team please confirm that.
