I had received an email from Topcoder few days back regarding, TCO20 SOUTHERN ASIA REGIONAL EVENT. I have been searching all over their website about how to participate in the same, but wasn't able to find how. Can someone please guide on how to participate in that event? I guess they should have a qualifier, how to register for the same?
