Technocup 2020 — Is it rated?

Hello im typical codeforces.com user and i (maybe) took part in Techocup 2020 I wanna know if it was rated. At this moment rating wasn't changed. Last year Technocup 2019 was rated!

I ask MikeMirzayanov to fix this problem!

Or say that it wasnt rated!!
