Why do you think that these problems are useful if you didn't upsolve them?
To my mind at least half of problems are from this blog https://mirror.codeforces.com/blog/entry/52492?locale=ru. I think that topovik did ugly when he just copied these problems while other guy spent time to find and collect them.
