So I was looking through the hacks of last contest and I found this user submitting a solution with an obvious hack: 78242194

I'm not sure what is even the motive behind this but it still shouldn't be allowed and the issue is I know he's not the first one... I know its hard for these type of people to be caught using an automated system. So I'm suggesting that there should be a way to flag/report submissions or profiles which are then reviewed by coordinators ?

It'd be way better then every person catching a cheater making a blog about it and mentioning MikeMirzayanov. yes i mentioned on purpose lol
