How do I generate the written editorial for APIO 2019?

I ran the doall.sh command but it only generates statements.pdf, but no tutorial.pdf. Thanks!

It doesn't say there is editorial. It says there is solution. That means written code only. Which is used to generate accepted outputs. I can't find any editorial online about APIO. But there is a discussion blog about the solutions in codeforces.
