Now, coming to the point, I searched a lot on the net, as well as explored all the APIs provided by Codeforces, but I found nothing useful which can help me to automate Mashup Contest generation on demand. If you have any ideas which can solve this issue. Then please let me know.

Just give virtual contests....
I want to create contests with problems automatically selected by my platform, so virtual contests won't help with this issue.
Your problems recommender should display problems that are unsolved but it includes the ones solved by me along with some unsolved.
Can you please share a screenshot of it? Also, there's one issue raiser button, which will help me to resolve it faster.
I am using Codeforces APIs to provide these recommendations, but sometimes, if a same problem is present in div2 and div1, they have different problem ids even if they are the same. Still, I will try to resolve it.
