after opening a problem for practice i can see problem tag and rating. is there any setting available where i can see only rating but not problem tag?

Go to your profile->settings and there you will find an option "show tags for unsolved problems", unmark that. Now you will not see any problem tags and rating in your problem page. But on the "problemset" page you can always see the rating of each problem. For practice you can just sort the problems according to rating, and you will know the rating of a problem before opening it but no tags.

There is no setting but there is an extension for that GetRate
