Looks it mainly has implementations in various languages for each algorithm. I suggest this as well: http://rosettacode.org/

I think the best place where you can find almost any algorithm you are looking for with great explanations and even applications is http://e-maxx.ru/algo/, if you are not Russian then you will need to use Google translator.
