There are some problems, particularly from old contests, whose editorial is hard to understand(as it is not explanatory enough) and leaves me clueless regarding step(s) in the editorial.

Posting a blog for every problem whose editorial I couldn't understand doesn't seem like a good way to ask for help.

Where should I ask for help in such cases? Is there any discord server/telegram channel/any other thing where other people are active and I can ask for help for problems rated 1700-1900 ?

In my opinion, if you don't understand just one thing in official tutorial, you can ask it in comments and with high probability you'll get the answer (if there is not clear explanation in tutorial actually). If you don't understand solution at all, you should move to easier problems instead of looking for better explanation at some server or channel, I think. UPD: haven't noticed "old contests"

Sometimes I struggle with the editorials too, especially when the author tries to put as much math notation into it as possible. I suggest you find a peer with the same problem, and when you don't understand the editorial ask your peer to look into it and explain the editorial for you, and vice versa. Your peer might know the idea behind the problem, or just be luckier than you. If you both can't understand the editorial, it may be worth asking somewhere else.
