In tags for 1426B - Symmetric Matrix, there are two Implementation tag, how is it possible :/ ??
Also when you look at the problemset, there is only one Implementation tag for this problem, but when you go to the problem page, you see 2 of them

Can i do the same thing by opening multiple tabs and add them at the same time ?? I mean just select the tag in multiple tabs and submit them after selecting the tags ??
If your rating is >= 1900, you can delete/add tags for a short period of time to new problems. It seems to be fixed now
I know but when you add a tag, you can't add it again(it will be removed from "Add Tag" list when you add a tag)
What if two guys submit a new tag at the exact time : D
No, if implemented correctly there will be a check at server before adding tags.
