Hey admin!! There was a bug in Edu round 102 ..
Many master loses their rating even though round was unrated for them.
I think its very unfair for them. MikeMirzayanov once said he will fix it but Its been 3 week but no update from then. I didnt get where to ask so,I created blog.
Please admin look into this issue.There may be many more case but I personally know about these all.

I hope AvinashKartik Ooops_no RetiredPlayer ATOPY sher_wu and all other will get their rating back.
Edit and final Update -Issue has been fixed and I can see they are back to master.

I'm working on this issue. Actually, it is very hard to fix ratings absolutely correctly because the ratings of some people affect others, or a participant moves between divisions and so on. In addition, this is a very complex operation for the system — rating histories are heavily cached, pre-calculated and it is difficult to do atypical operations.
In my case it's very complicated... even I don't know how to fix my rating.
