Info(1) cup 2021 online mirror?

Hi codeforces,

I found out by chance that the online mirror of Info(1) cup will start soon but there were no blogs nor registration link on their website ,so, Is the registration still open? If yes, how can I register?

On the site its written invites were sent.Were they sent to all team leaders of IOI countries or to those people contacted them via mail?

    I think it's to people who contacted them via mail but this is the official competition I'm asking about the mirror contest which is open for everyone.
