On the site its written invites were sent.Were they sent to all team leaders of IOI countries or to those people contacted them via mail?
I think it's to people who contacted them via mail but this is the official competition I'm asking about the mirror contest which is open for everyone.
I wasn't aware of this contest(no blog post on cf also).(missed IZHO also same away )I think I should make a blog post in which people can update any oi they know (mirror or official contest)
