One year still stuck on Grey can anyone advice what to do?

I'm confused on where I am going wrong I'm trying to turn green from quite a few time but I'm stuck on grey from quite long I started practicing higher rated problems also but still it doesn't look like it is doing me any benefit can anybody advice where I am going wrong what should I do ahead?

keep solving 1200,1300,1400 until you become pupil....

I would recommend you to give virtual contests of recent Div3 of Codeforces and up solving them till your limit. As giving virtuals will give you more idea about how should you approach problems in live contests. Most of the time coders do solve problems on various concepts off the contests but in live contests that competitive environment don't work on their side! I hope it will help you :)
