Is there anyone know about div. 4 codeforces round ? I'm just asking to understand different different codeforces round.

Actually you can start with Division 3 contests. They are for beginners. And then upgrade yourself. :)
Yeah Many people in the begining feels a bit difficult to implement the logic they are thinking so there could be div. 4 codeforces contest. But the old way practice and practice again always works.

There are lots of passed Div3 contests, go upsolve them, and then you won't need any div4 rounds.

As far as I know, there has only been a single Div. 4 contest, can't say anything about plans for future ones. This blog links to a site that can filter and list out all contests of any particular type/division.
