Judgement failed in codeforces.

I sent problem C from previous contest but it gave "Judgement failed". Also I looked to status and saw that everyone getting "Judgement failed"..

What does that mean and if there is any problem admin please can you fix it?

That's a fail in the server, when the issue is fixed the submission will be re-judged.
