I just found the "problem revision"(30) in the detailed submission page:

Problem Lang Verdict
365D — 30 GNU C++ Wrong answer on test 8

But What is the problem revision? Thanks for help!

Problems are stored in svn-like version control system. Problem revision is the version number of the problem.
