I submitted solution 77669161 for problem 2B - The least round way and got TLE at test case 31 and not able to find reason. Could anyone help me in finding why it is getting tle error.

I was solving question 216D - Spider's Web and getting tle over my submission 76082614 . Is it due to higher number of function calling or solution could be further optimized?

I noted one thing out of curiosity that in recent educational round at 90% system testing problem E was solved by arounf 500 users but at 100% it wnet upto 2000 , how is it possible that during last 12-17 minutes so many people got idea how to solve that question link of question
