In Codeforces Global Round 23, something happened, ksun48 accidentally submitted e1 when submitting E2 code, which caused his final score to be much lower. The following is the Q&A transcript:

Problem E1. Joking (Easy Version) *****

I accidentally resubmitted to E1 instead of E2, can you remove my submission?

Unfortunately no.

Problem E1. Joking (Easy Version) *****

I didn't mean to submit to E1 again :(

Problem E1. Joking (Easy Version) *****

Sad.. I had the first solve on E1 and now I have the last one

Unfortunately, the rules are the same for everyone.

Personally, I think, in addition to players need to pay attention in the future, codeforces may need to add a new feature. For tasks with subtasks, when resubmitting, if the previous submission has passed the pretest, a pop-up window is required for secondary confirmation. But if do this, for players who really need to resubmit the code, It will take a few more seconds to confirm. If there is no subtask, I do not confirm whether it is necessary, because if it is the code of other problems, it will definitely not pass the pretest. If it is the code of the same problem, then the contestant should resubmit it after consideration?

I want to update the problem on the gym (the problem is on the polygon), but an error occurred when reading problem.xml. I want to add a question, and the system prompts that the descriptor cannot be downloaded. Is the polygon malfunctioning?

Because I am a betting game player, I was surprised by the task given in the question, so I calculated the reward rate of the training data set and found that the reward rate is greater than 1. This is not in line with reality. In reality, the reward rate of betting companies is less than 1.upd:Sorry I got the formula wrong. In fact, the reward rate of the training data set is around 0.99. This is how the rebate rate is calculated. If the home team win odds are x, the draw odds are y, the away team wins the odds is z, and the return rate is 1/(1/x+1/y+1/z).

As far as I know, many low-rating users like question setting. Their dream is to give codeforces a question. Their idea is also very good. However, codeforces restricts the question setter to be above blue (this year it is increased to orange). Maybe div3 can be opened to all users, so that each user may become the problem setter? There is a problem here. If you do this, it will be a huge challenge to the review mechanism. Maybe codeforces can select a group of trusted users (such as previous authors, users with orange names and above), vote for each question in the div3 question bank, and select some of the highest votes for review at regular intervals? I think this can improve the frequency of div3 and the quality of the questions, and also allow more low-rating users to participate in the question-making process?
