Hello Codeforces Community!

I know my rating is quite low right now, and my contribution score isn't the best either. However, please don't let those numbers fool you—my passion for competitive programming and my drive to improve are very high! We all start somewhere, and I am determined to grow.

Recently, I’ve been reading a lot about EGOI (European Girls' Olympiad in Informatics). Seeing how they empower young women in competitive programming truly inspired me. It made me realize that while the CP community is incredibly helpful, taking the first steps can feel very intimidating, especially for girls who might feel underrepresented in this field.

Sometimes, beginners hesitate to ask questions or share their codes because they are afraid of being judged. To help overcome this, I have created a Telegram study group specifically for girls in CP.

- What is our goal?

This isn't just a chat room; it's a dedicated environment for growth.

Peer Support: A judgment-free zone to discuss algorithms, upsolve contest problems, and debug codes together.

Consistency: Holding each other accountable for practice and upcoming Codeforces/AtCoder rounds.

Confidence Building: Helping each other gain the confidence needed to become more active contributors to the broader Codeforces community.

- How to join?

Currently, we are a very small group, but we are highly motivated! To keep the environment safe and focused, the Telegram group is set to "Approval Needed" (Request to Join). You can request to join our group through this link: https://t.me/+yYoIMPT6qIllZDU6

If you are a girl looking to improve your CP skills alongside supportive peers, please click the link and send a request. Let’s learn, struggle with WA (Wrong Answer) verdicts, and celebrate AC (Accepted) solutions together!

Thank you for reading, and I wish everyone high ratings!
