• Discussion only within your registered team (maximum 3 members).
• Access to general programming documentation and references.
• Not Allowed: LLMs and AI-based tools (such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, AI Browser, Google AI Mode, etc.).
• Fair Play: Participants are expected to follow ethical coding practices throughout the contest.
